I have the worst fucking luck!!
So im waiting on my shipment from joe at killertoys for my reborn 2 case, and i was planning on getting them for my birthday.
Not!! they never showed up so i email joe and they say ups screwed it up and lost my order, plus i was supposed to get a email from ups about it being sent, never happened!
So now i here i fucking sit waiting on fucking toys that should have been here days ago, now i gotta wait 6 more fucking days!!

It's not always you brother, this has, or will, happen to all of us at some point. The good thing is, killertoys are good people, so you at least know you will be getting your stuff. I had a similar problem with Toyzz.com not long ago for a Mothra statue, but they were super cool about it, and took care of it right away. Mistakes happen, they are inevitable, but at least when it happens with good people, I know that in the end, I will still be happy. And hey, belated B-Day presents are always nice! [img]smile.gif[/img]

as much as I can understand frustration at the hands of delivery people, it's toys man! [img]wink.gif[/img]

damn David, sorry about that..didnt know you had a birthday coming up...want me to give a punch in the gut to our ups driver....
I did some more investigation...you didnt get the email because when the box was loaded onto the truck..the relief driver never scanned it in ( so its like the package never existed) the box looks like it was kicked around and then left in the corner of the warehouse where some guy my size decided to use it as his warehouse chair...after doing that for a while..they looked at it and said "Hey I think this belongs to somebody" found out it wasnt ever scanned into the system and sent it back to us....
But thats not the best UPS Story...one day back last december I think we processed about 700 packages...(think it was a sports release or something) the driver was also a relief driver..but they had to come in a rented box truck because they could not fit it into the regular truck...so anyway this relief driver is scanning boxes..but they way she scanned them..she scanned them in to her system and then scanned them as being delivered at the same time...so you can imagine the frustrated emails we got when people received their ups tracking emails that night and the number showed them as being delivered....
UPS ended up paying for about 40 packages from that shipment that just "GOT LOST" and I dont think we have ever seen that relief driver ever again....

Hang in there GD. I see this as a glitch in the system. I just got my Monsters 3 and Reborn 2 form Joe D a few days back, just as the confirmation email said. I think the prob lies on UPS. Joe has never let me down...so far (hehe...) [img]wink.gif[/img]
